Alongside my corporate career I harnessed residential property, passion projects and investing as wealth-building engines.

I’m David MacDonald, founder of Beyond Monday. I spent 30 years in senior roles in the UK real estate sector, translating complex, high-stakes challenges into clear decisions and executable plans. I’m a former Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and have worked at leadership level where governance, stakeholder alignment, commercial judgement and delivery all matter.
