The Sprint usually follows a Freedom Audit, though in some cases I may agree a direct entry if the fit is strong and the need is clear.

Diagnose
We confirm your reality, constraints, runway, risks and options.
Design
We finalise the decision, operating model, scoreboard and 90-day plan.
Execute
We work a weekly rhythm to drive action, remove blockers and maintain momentum.
This includes:
two 90-minute deep sessions up front
one 45-minute weekly implementation call
scoreboard updates before each call
bounded async support for decisions and accountability
a Sprint Close Report within 5 business days of the final session

Payment is made in two instalments:
50% upfront
50% before the Sprint Close Report is delivered
