The Counsel Retainer is for clients who want a trusted second brain over the long term. It is especially useful when life has complexity, the time horizon is longer, or the cost of drift is high.

This is a bespoke engagement, but always structured, scoped and grounded in real progress.
How clients move into Counsel.
The Counsel Retainer is offered by invitation or mutual agreement only. Most clients move into it after a Sprint, once the foundations are already in place and the value of an ongoing decision rhythm is clear.
